From college on, cooking was something I never did much of. I would always eat at McDonald’s three to four times a day since well it was free! So I never went grocery shopping, I never prepared meals. At most I would pop some frozen food in the microwave, or make some eggs and pancakes.
However, that has all changed. Now I’m very more aware of what I put in my body. Just like any other system… junk in equals junk out. Here we explore some fast and easy ways to control what you are putting into your body. Being in the kitchen doesn’t have to be some elaborate time-consuming adventures.
Preparing healthy meals that help you function mentally and physically can be very simple. You just need to find the right items and find ways to prepare them so you will enjoy them. We all have different taste buds, we like different textures, tastes, and flavors.
In the Kitchen, you should help jump-start some ideas of what you may want to try. Remember whatever you eat, if you don’t like it or can’t maintain it, you need to find something else. If a diet doesn’t become a lifestyle you won’t maintain it.
